Liked: Very secluded resort in palangan area of puerto galera on varadero bay. Only one other couple at the property during our stay since it was right after holy week so I got just what I wanted - an entire beachfront to myself. Staff was friendly, some more than others, and food was excellent. You can't beat dinner for 250 pesos at a resort town. AC worked, also had fan, and shower was warmer than any other shower ive taken in the phillipines although still cool.

Disliked: Facilities were a little worn down and in need of repair and there were some bugs/flies that intruded but if you're not willing to deal with that in the Philippines, I wouldn't come in the first place. We experienced a couple of power outages during our stay due to a storm and they did not have backup generators, but the outage also included the entire island.

Liked: Fantastically serene and secluded location and extremely friendly staff. Great place to get away from it all.

Disliked: If you're into going out on the town, this is not the place for you. It's a 10-15 minute tricycle ride to the nearest restaurants/bars and it's hard to get a cheap ride at night.

Liked: Nice location. calm and private. Even it was windy day and wave was relatively high, the isolated space provided us with refreshed air with succeeding wave sounds.
