Liked: Positives: Beautiful view from the terrace, friendliness of the staff, well equiped condo with new and comfortable furnishingsNeutral: this is a residencial building, not a hostel or hotel. It´s very relaxing and beautiful, but keep that in mind if you´re looking for a place to meet people.Negatives: The AC didn´t work. Temp never dropped below about 28-30º at night (too hot to sleep), Owner came twice with service, but it made minimal difference.If you want to talk to the bay and neighborhood restaurants and clubs, it´s good, but traffic was an absolute nightmare. 1.5 hours to get home from a mall less than 10 KM away at 11 PM.After I checked out, I received an SMS saying that she had calculated the exchange rate wrong and that I still owe 30 Pesos (0.60€) and when I get back to Manila from a week away, it will take me that 2 hours in a taxi and 300 Pesos (6€) to take it to her.The owner was very nice while we were there and I understand every penny counts, but waiting until after we left to tell us we owe those pennies is going to cost us 10 times the amount and 1-2 hours each way to take it to her.

Liked: From the upper floors the amazing view across the bay during the day and over the city at nightime was spectacular. (I was on 19th floor).It also had the most comfortable bed I think I've ever slept in. Location is good near many eating places and bars including the famous LA Cafe etc.Security is excellent 24hrs and all rooms have a safe deposit box.I never made use of the kitchen at all, seemed too much trouble to bother stocking up on tea, coffeee, milk etc as i was only there for 2 nights so probably paid extra for facilities i never would use.Only 1 small complaint they were reluctant to take a credit card payment despite advertising you could pay by card, so i had to go and find an ATM.
