Liked: I liked the location,the free shuttle to the airport,friendly staff.

Disliked: ordinary breakfast and food quality age of room furniture and dated decor,noisy and inefficent 30 year old airconditioners,very hard ,old mattress as well as coresident cockroaches

Liked: Nothing.

Disliked: No pick up services from airport was provided (ask via e-mail, but still). Very uncomfortable shedule for free transfers to the airport (every 2 hours). So it was plus 600p for 2 way transfer. No free breakfasts, no wi-fi in the rooms. A/C are not privateб it was smth like a split ventilation for several rooms with no temperature control. No windows in the suprerior private double. Summary - very poor. thanks god it was just for 1 day.

Liked: the pick up service was very convenient for my first time in Manila. The room size was incredible considering the price which is its good and bad point. It was nice to have so much space, but because of that the airconditioner didnt really keep me cool enough to sleep well until i took a cold shower. I was pleasantly surprised with the meal size which was very good value for money. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that almost everything i needed was located on the premises so i didnt need to wander around outside to find an internet cafe for example. It was a good starting off point and i would defenitely consider staying there again.

Liked: This hotel is worth every single pesos you pay - most of all i can recommend their kitchen average price but top quality nothing like this 3* cooking dishes you will be served in hotels - it realy taste good!

Liked: The downstairs coffeeshop has great service, hearty portions of both Western and Pilipino food, and free wireless internet! The location is convenient, and while we didn't stay at the Swagman sister property in Angeles, we did avail of the FlyD Bus service to catch a flight at Clark; this was very convenient.
