Liked: Great rooms, on par with any mid-level hotel. Very helpful staff!

Disliked: Don't let the exterior (or look of the neighborhood at night time) discourage you, this is a nice hotel! Cebu City itself is not amazing...

Liked: Palazzo is very nice, clean, and accommodating. I loved their daily breakfasts that are included in most, if not all, room prices. You get your choice of eggs, toast or rice, some kind of breakfast meat, and a drink, and the best part is they call you room to tell you when it's ready (after you make the order the night before), so you can wake up and head out to breakfast immediately. Very clean, nice showers and bathrooms, comfortable beds, AC that works and is also included most rooms. The staff was also pretty helpful in figuring out where to go in Cebu City and they have someone from a tour agency who is there most days to either help you answer questions or take you on tours of the city, which might be a bit expensive, but were cool.

Disliked: It's a bit far from the city, so you have to be prepared to walk or take taxis most places. And there isn't much to do immediately around Palazzo, which is down on a small street that some taxi drivers don't know. It's a good idea to ask for their business card so you can show cab drivers the map, and before you go, you could ask them for a map or tips about getting a cab from the airport because my taxi driver didn't know where exactly he was going when I arrived.

Liked: Big clean rooms, good location to visit the center (15 minutes walk) and the Ayala shopping mall (also minutes).

Disliked: Area not very safe.

Liked: More than I expect from a hostel, actiolly it's like 3 star hotel, because of it's amenities and cleanliness.

Disliked: The location it's a little hard to find, you need to look for a taxi all the time.

Liked: Clean comfortable and in a quiet residential area not far from the main 'attractions' of uptown Cebu. It has good wifi (no computers though) and a cracking little restaurant to boot! Honestly, if you want a place to stay in Cebu, for the money, I don't think there is anywhere better

Liked: Large, clean rooms. Small but surprisingly good restaurant. Both old- and upper town within walking distance (15min).

Disliked: Lacks atmosphere. Little possibility of meeting other travellers.

Disliked: Remember, this place is not a "hostel". If you are looking for some place to hang out with other travelers, you'd better choose another one.

Liked: hi .What did i like well except for being stuck in palazzo for 2 days during Sinulog i found everything to be excellent ,clean rooms nice and friendly staff and really good value for money ,Staff only too willing to help all they could and very conveinient to all areas of Cebu .

Disliked: If i could find any fault at all ,may be the beds could be updated ,as in mattreses,
