We are a good quality, budget hotel (w/ condos) in Cebu City, Philippines!

We have 50+ rooms and in addition to the amenities and services already listed above, our hotel also has a function room, a dental clinic, elevator, stand-by generator, IDD NDD telephone system and around-the-clock security! Laundry service and massage are available at additional cost.

Accommodation Information

Each room has hot & cold running water (for shower only), Cable TV, refrigerator and is air-conditioned.

In case of cancellation, please inform us least 3 days before arrival date.

Small children can share their parents' room at no additional charge. Please be advised that extra blankets, pillows, towels, etc. may be requested but with extra charge.

Important: Upon reservation, your card will be charged 12% of the total amount. The balance 88% is to be paid at the hotel in Philippine pesos. The 88% is 900 pesos per room per night.

Our payment policy is 'pay-for-stay at check-in'. Room rate already includes tax and service charge. Breakfast may be requested at additional cost during check-in.

Check-in:
(before) 6am - extra night charge
6am to 2pm - guests may check-in if there are unoccupied (and already cleaned) rooms
2pm - regular check-in time

Check-out:
12 (noon) - regular check-out time
12 (noon) to 1pm - extension (no charge)
1pm to 4pm - 50% late check-out charge
(after) 4pm - extra night charge

Incidental Deposit: At check-in, you may be asked to add 500 pesos for extras (tel. calls, room service, etc.) This 500 pesos (minus extras, if any) is refunded at check-out. Thank you.

'Metro Park Hotel’ is a 2 minute drive to Cebu Waterfront Hotel and Casino, Asiatown IT Park and JY Square Discovery Mall. Salinas Drive (very close by) has many restaurants, spas and a gym plus Sunflower City, which is one of the biggest disco restobars in the city.

We're only 10 minutes away from Cebu Business Park (Ayala Mall) and only 15-minutes away from Gaisano Country Mall, Banilad Town Centre and SM Mall!
