Liked: I had a bad experience in several ways, mostly having to do with staff.
Disliked: I did not like how the desk staff resented doing their jobs. When I checked in they were dismissive. Later, I needed help with the tv and was treated as if I was an idiot. I had a filipina guest and she commented that the staff seemed "not nice." In the morning check out, they ladies were having too much fun flirting with males (guests or locals I am not sure - one of them was being tickled) which slowed the checkout process.

Liked: Good price, a wide range of services and facilities.
Disliked: You had to walk 10 minutes to the town center and 20 minutes to the SM Mall.
