Liked: Hotel staffs are very kind and friendly. Location is good. Just 1-2 minutes walk to the main street in Puno.

Liked: Upon arriving in Puno, we learned that our flight back to Lima had been canceled. The staff was extremely helpful in finding us a new flight and accomidating to us staying additional night. The rooms were clean and breakfast was amazing. The staff always had a smile on their face!
Disliked: we were extremely satisfied with our stay.

Liked: I liked everything about this hotel. It was excellent. The people were so helpful and friendly. The hotel was so clean and spacious. The food was excellent. I would rate this as the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The location is perfect.

Liked: Excellent hotel! soft warm beds, hot water with good pressure all the time, friendly and helpful staff. Great location and breakfast in the mornings. Would stay there again in future.
