Liked: We loved staying at this hostel!! It was so very clean, fresh towels every day and soap provided. The breakfast was awesome. As well as the usual, avacado, hams, cheeses and fruits were also available. The staff were very friendly and helpful and there was every thing we needed here. Internet is free. We totally recommend this place for cleanliness and facilities.

Liked: Everything! The staff spoke perfect Engish and even carried our heavy bags to our rom on the 3rd floor.

Liked: Camino Real Turistico Hotel is a very nice and safe place. The staff is super,very friendly and helpful. The hotel is near the shopping-center. Hot water all the time.We recommend it very much.

Liked: From the first to the last second Mr Cesar and his crew was very friendly and very helpfull. They did really more than usually staff would do in a city hotel. we read in other comments its a good hotel with hostal charackter. For example: my son had lost his expensive baseballcap in the bus from Cusco to Puno, and there were no question , that somebody comes with me to the busstation to get the cap back. Other thinks like booking tours, flights and washing our chlothes everything was fantastic. what shall I say??? We recomend this hotel 100 %.

Liked: The manager (Caesar) was SO helpful. From picking us up at the bus station to organising our trip to Cusco when the bus was cancelled. Everything was done with a smile and a genuine desire to help.

Liked: This hotel was very clean, the hot water never ran out, and the desk staff were very attentive! They also spoke English well and were able to arrange multiple trips, tours, and buses for us!

Liked: The "good" categories, in fact, should be interpreted as "excellent"! A beautiful and elegant hotel for hostel price right in the heart of the city... The managers (Mr. Flores and Ms. Lisa) and the staff members were like family, paying attention to every detail, helping us generously at every step during our stay - from airport pick-up to drop-off and instantly arranging our most excellent tours. I was amazed by the professionalism and kindness of these people. I would absolutely choose this place over any other hotel in Puno. I cannot recommend it enough - and thank to friends at Camino Real!

Liked: Big spacious rooms, clean / safe accommodations and comfortable beds with a good continental breakfast complete with fruit, meat, juice, cereals, buns-jam-butter and coffee-tea. However, front desk staff could not speak English so caused some misunderstandings as we couldn´t speak Spanish fluently.
