Liked: Very clean and staff were helpful. Very quiet as well, was like staying in a hotel more than a hostel. Would definately stay here again and recommend it to others

Liked: The breakfast was great! The location was perfect... right on the main Plaza, our room was realy big with a huge view over the Cathedral and wa had free cable tv : )

Liked: They provided with extra services such as organizing a tour to visit the islands and transport to the airport. Also, they picked us up from the Bus terminal at no extra cost.

Liked: The staff was extremely helpful. They helped us book all of our tours, and we didn't have to do a thing but show up and pay. The lobby was very nice. They offer free breakfast too.
