Liked: Everything is good, although Darlis from the reception desk is rude and impolite. Also give wrong information for us.

Liked: Excellent breakfast!

Disliked: Only give free pick up from airport. We did not use this service but they still charged quite a bit to go to the airport. I think it should be one free trip to / from the airport. The staff was just a little helpful and only if asked a direct question.

Liked: Everything, the staff are very nice and very helpful and the price is fantastic.

Liked: Staff treated us like family, always tried to please our needs

Disliked: On the first day we were assigned a 2nd floor room, which was difficult for my father, since they only have stairs, no elevator, however they assigned us a 1st floor romm next day

Liked: very clean, spacy rooms with balcony/terrace, spacy bathrooms, everything nice and well kept, very friendly and helpful staff, VERY good breakfast. Good discount with hostelbookers!! I already stayed there twice and I would always come back.

Liked: The room was spacious and clean.

Disliked: They tried to let us pay the whole bill, so included the 10% deposit, they said we paid it to hostelbookers and not to them. Also we only had 1 day hot water shower.

Liked: Very central, cleaners permanently keeping it sparkling, helpful staff and an obviously massive discount through hostelbookers (they advertised higher prices!) Amazing breakfast and pool area, and big room.

Disliked: Nothing - was amazing.

Liked: Staff is very friendly and very helpfull. They kindly assisted us while planning trips throughout Paragauy. The location of the hotel is good and its breakfast and cocktails are excellent.

Disliked: Beds may be described as a little hard - but this is really the only small point of improvement I can think of.

Liked: it´s really close to downtown Asunción very friendly staff very confy and with free internet the rooms were very big and clean great breakfast: fresh natural juices, toasts, american breakfast, cakes, pastries...

Liked: Brilliant value. Super clean, room cleaned daily with new towels etc. Amazing breakfast with loads of choice. Huge room. Lovely pool/chill area. Highly recommended. Tasty buffet dinner if you want but only 5 mins from lots of lonely planet recommend eateries. Good staff.

Liked: Very nice hostel just, 4 blocks away from the bus lines and 8 blocks from the city center. Small pool but giant breakfast buffet with fresh fruits and cakes !

Disliked: There is a disco not far from the hotel. Lots of noise on friday and saturday nights !

Liked: The breakfast was amazing, the room was spotless, shower was mega hot and the staff were really polite. Everything you´d expect from a hotel really.

Disliked: Don´t come here expecting a hostel, it´s a hotel.

Liked: one of the best breakfasts we had in latin america. great buffet dinner for around $5us! clean, safe, close to city center

Disliked: well, it is a hotel, not a hostel. so not much of a backpacking atmosphere.

Liked: Great Breakfast, great Dinner. Absolute clean with AC, Fan, TV, Pool. Its a Hotel so there is no self cooking, but the Dinner was so cheap who would cook for so less money. We absolutely enjoyed our stay there and would recommend the hotel to everybody.

Disliked: I didn´t stay there longer.

Liked: a really nice hotel. Friendly stuff (speak german). Very clean and a sweet little swimmingpool. I think, young people will not like it very much, because it is very quiet - just the best for middleaged people.

Liked: I liked they had airconditioning and the taxi were nearby to get to places. They had a nice pool and food and drinks with a good breakfast in their restaurant. They also had internet which wasnt to bad either.

Disliked: My room was full of ants and i was bitten all over my legs. They made a nice long line from my room to my bathroom which was horrible.

Liked: Friendly stuff, ready to help, cleanliness, good location, free pick-up at the airport, great buffet breakfast, low cost of airport ride.

Disliked: The car provided by the hotel to take me to the airport had a broken air conditioner. At 39 Centigrade this was a very unpleasant half an hour.

Liked: Very pleasantly suprised by this place. Room were a little on the small side but it was secure and had good showers and a good buffet breakfast

Disliked: No problems with the property - just a shame there isn't more to do in Asuncion!
