Liked: Good beds, a quiet place.

Disliked: No mosquito nets, so they are swarming in the room at night. Poor bathrooms, they were being maintained though.. No good common room for the travelers.

Liked: I really enjoyed this hotel people are friendly and the bed in the dormitorio upstair was very confortable

Liked: Great place, nice character, helpful staff! Small common area but a nice balcony makes up for it, besides there's loads of places nearby. Free internet, didn't see / use the mentioned free towel, though. Dormitory space used very efficiently, but the open doors to the balcony are a luxury not often found in this price range. Good value.

Disliked: Everything went well.

Liked: If you want to see oldtown, then location is excellent

Disliked: We booked private room and our room had no window. Ok, that was`nt so bad but there was kind of hatch on the wall. It was high enough so we were not able to check is it close or open or what it is in overall. But in the moment we were laying naked on the bed, the hatch were opened from outside and people were looking into our room :) Well it was`nt the highlight of the trip, so we decided to change a hostel.

Liked: Friendly staff, great location, good value for money

Disliked: No lockers in the dorm. Just a cupboard in the hallway which seemed to be left unlocked during the day.

Liked: Great location in Casco Viejo, good value for money.

Disliked: There were no lockers in the dorm - just a large cupboard near reception - however this seemed to be left open most of the time.

Liked: The staff was great! Always somebody tending to the gate, felt very secure. You get what you pay for, it's small, so so kitchen, so so toilets, so so beds but it's cheap, safe and close to stuff in the old town.

Disliked: The kitchen is very small and there were almost no utensils or plates, noted there was only two (2) deep plates and 7 people wanting to cook. Hot water wouldn't hurt. Lockers in the rooms would be nice. You should go for a small bar next to the kitchen were the tables are, some lights a stereo and sell some drinks and the place would have lifted!

Liked: Excellent location, staff very friendly and accomodating.

Disliked: The rates were excellent value, but beware that this a truly a backpacker's hotel, and the rates are somewhat reflective of the quality of the room.

Liked: the casco viejo is the best place to stay in panama city, the hostel is very central, safe barrio

Disliked: doesnt have lots of character and you dont feel like spendign lots of time in the acutal hostel

Liked: It was a great hostel located in the Old City of Panama. This area is undergoing revitalization so come and stay here before it changes and loses its character. Some of the rooms had great French balconies. They also served a continental breakfast which was unexpected.

Disliked: The bathrooms were sometimes unclean (often due to other travelers) and some were better than others. One in particular was unsafe as several people had slipped and hurt themselves on a high step.

Liked: Nice comfortable place to stay.

Disliked: No lockers in dorms, only one staff member spoke enough english to be of any help, most of the time i just had to figure everything out myself.

Liked: we stayed hear an extra 3 nights as it was a great place in a really safe neighbour hood.. friendly staff specially the owner who speaks perfect english... on sundays there is a police man who does the night shift for a second job and an ex bodyguard from columbia who does the majority of the nightshifts so i dont know how you couldnt feel more safer...

Disliked: so of the showers were locked for a few days..

Liked: IT'S A SIMPLY BUT CLEAN PLACE...THE MONEY YOU PAY FITS PERFECT IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE PLACE. NICE STAFF.

Disliked: THE KITCHEN SHOULD HAVE MORE STUFF TO COOK.

Liked: Rafa was amazingly helpful. It was fairly quiet and the rooms were clean.

Disliked: There was no hot water in any of the showers. There is no glass on the windows so you hear all of the street noise. Some of the bathrooms were not very clean.
