Liked: Good hostel, good beds. good that you get breakfast.

Liked: Very clean and spacious rooms, You can tango inside those rooms ! And there are tables and chairs for 4 people and even wardrobes ! ! ! The breakfast (free! ! ! ) was awesome. Self service of cold cuts, fruit, juice, egg, etc - a great way to start the day. Especially when eating out is soo expensive in oslo. Just a hop step and a away from the Akerhus castle and the main streets of the city. Walking distance to everything. Free luggage room as well, It can get any better than this.

Liked: Everything! The location was amazing - close to shops, restaurants, bars, etc. The room (including shower and toilet) was very clean. The staff were very helpful! No negative feedback!

Disliked: Everything in Norway is expensive, so it's no surprise a bed in a shared dorm would be expensive too....

Liked: Extremely clean, cleaner than some chain hotels in the US I have been to. Breakfast was excellent! Staff very friendly and accomodating. Very close to train station and attractions.

Liked: It is a really good hostel --- one does indeed get at full breath what one expects from such kind of accommodation and more: perfect location, free wifi, bed-linen as clean as new, helpful staff. The breakfast is included and is just generous, which comes especially handy provides the sky-high food prices in Norway.

Disliked: No lockers (or locks, at least in my room). The layout of the bathroom is silly --- the toilet and the shower are not properly separated. But this is common for the whole Norway, I guess. Yes, It is expensive. But, come on, it is Norway --- the world richest country.

Liked: Nice staff, very nice and spacious rooms/bathrooms. Cosy lounge and large dining area. Free breakfast was fantastic!

Liked: Although the exterior and the lobby look a bit like a dingy motel, the rooms are very clean, with two windows and a bathroom ensuite. It's also two blocks from both the high street and the water ferry to the museum peninsula. As a bonus, the cafe right next door - Celsius - is attractively located on a cobbled street and serves delicious food. And I'm a foodie, so that's a real recommendation, I promise. Final call: definitely a worthy choice if you want quiet, clean, and central.

Disliked: - There are no locks on the in-room lockers, or even anywhere to latch your own lock - very odd. - The girl at the front desk was a bit cold but polite on the whole. - Don't plan to spend a lot of time on their guest computer; it's one of those terminals you must stand at, with steel keyboards which are virtually impossible to use easily. - This is not a very social hostel. It's set up more like a hotel, and caters to a lot of Norwegian soldiers, who all appear to be stopping en route to maneuvers or something. There's really no central area where everyone can congregate. On the other hand, maybe everyone just drifts over to the outdoor cafe next door...
