Liked: It's expensive, but it's a hint about the city's cost... Everything is SO expensive here. Be prepared to spend alot.Hostel is a 5 minute walk from the center, about 10 to the train station. I think it's well placed.

Liked: Location of the hostel is amazing, right near the main street of Oscar Gate and a few steps from the fortress, nobel peace prize center and Aker Brygge. The rooms were also really spacious and very clean. Bathrooms had nice water pressure and not those annoying pushing shower buttons. Breakfast was included and a superb buffet with nice bread, meets, eggs, and spread selections. Overall, a great hostel to stay at!

Liked: Easy to walk to from the train station and also to the metro and sightseeing bus. Also enjoyed the breakfast room.

Liked: very good hotel, price ok, good breakfast (included :-)), clean, free wireless, not many young people stay there but if you want to meet lots of young people you should better go into a hostel, enjoyed my stay

Liked: The hostel has the main aspect I look for and like an thats the staff - great people, very friendly and always helpful. Rooms are fine although more expensive they are so central that you don't need to pay for transport etc. you can walk to the train station, palace, the fortress is round the corner along with the harbour so perfect if you are here for a few days and want to be in the thick of it. Breakfast is a standard affair and there is always lots to go round so you won't be hungry. Only negative thing that is not really a problem as I was up early anyway was the noisy construction works going on
