Liked: not a lot, but can't argue about the price - and the linen was a good standard and the room was clean.

Disliked: Struggled to find the hotel because there are two Antrim roads and after stumbling on the hotel by luck and many stops to ask for directions, found the hotel, only to be told by the front of house staff that it was really the one road. However, there was no address number for the hotel on 'Antrim Rd 1'. Once we found the hotel we had to contend with protruding bedsprings, smell of tobacco smoke in the room [encouraged by an ashtray] as well as a shower and bath combination - ok, a pet hate. But the room was clean.

Liked: private secure bedrrooms with ensuites, very helpful reception staff, breakfast available at the hotel

Disliked: very small and uncomfortable beds, not a very convinient location for sightseeing belfast

Liked: The staff were helpful and friendly and although the hotel seems a little out of the way it is only about 15 mins from Belfast city. The accommodation is very very basic but the beds and towels were clean and the price was very reasonable.

Disliked: Emma left no negative feedback.
