Liked: Rooms are big enough for two people

Disliked: Friendliness of staff is well below average, no helpfulness. Room was not made up three days in a row, stains on blanket since the beginning. Too expensive and too inflexible.

Liked: Convenient location. Friendly, helpful staff. Supermarkets just around the corner. In room cooking facilities. Good value for money. Clean. Towels, soap, coffee, tea provided. Wifi in room for $10 per day.

Disliked: Room pretty cramped. Bed up against desk. Cool breeze coming in from window beside bed--might have been quite annoying in winter.

Disliked: The young man that checked us in had no customer service skills, and appeared to be completely bored whilst at work. He also showed no regard for 'going the extra mile' to assist the people staying at the property with their queries and wasn't very helpful.

Liked: Extremely clean, modern and new. Our room had a comfortable double bed, a mini kitchen so that we could cook everything in our room, and a capsule bathroom which had a good shower, towels and shampoo etc. We parked our car for free and could walk into town in five minutes and a supermarket almost next door.

Liked: We had our own kitchen sink, toaster and microwave and was 1 minute from New World for food shopping.We used the hi tec theatre. Had the place to ourselves, lounging on the fashionable furniture
