Convenient location. Friendly, helpful staff. Supermarkets just around the corner. In room cooking facilities. Good value for money. Clean. Towels, soap, coffee, tea provided. Wifi in room for $10 per day.

We offer Studio rooms and Hotel Rooms over 4 floors. Ultra modern security systems and cameras in place with secure under cover parking. We aim to make you feel at home and provide a happy, safe, warm, and very stylish environment.
Just moments from the city centre and surrounded by shops, cafes and the Octagon - the heart of Dunedin city. Here you will find the information centre and a range of quality shops, the Town Hall, Civic Centre and Art Gallery.
Otago University Campus, Dunedin Hospital and the Museum are also within easy walking distance.
