Liked: Extremely clean, nice soft comfortable beds, ensuite in room, tv, complimentary tea, free luggage storage after checkout, staff helped to arrange our taxi to airport, 24hr reception and locked front entrance during night for increased safety.

Disliked: Had to climb slightly uphill to reach the place.

Liked: clean, conveniently located. Please note it is now called "Jucy Hotel"

Disliked: No more continental breakfast. Also i don't recommend the internet service they provide, given the plethora of free options nearby.

Liked: Nothing.

Disliked: The room was like a lime green prison cell. We had no hot water for two of the 4 days. No one told us about the change of ownership and we paid an extra 10 dollars for each night because they refused to refund us without facing a penalty charge. The experience was dreadful.

Liked: location was good, nice breakfast, staff were informative. communal areas very clean. I think it was just the room and the smell that dissapointed me really, but I understand all the old rooms are going to be refurbished soon so Im sure it will improve.

Liked: It's a good accomodation for the position, near to the centre of Auckland and the railway station. It' very good the possibility to have breackfast and to book activity in the reception. But it is not very clean and from the website I have understood that the internet connection is free but I had to pay it

Liked: The downstair rooms, where you share bathroom and toilet are disgraceful. The mould is just growing down there, I could hardly breath down there. Had to switch rooms! The upstair rooms are ok!

Liked: I liked the kitchen and open area and the location. The staff were very helpful and I will be returning there at the end of my around New Zealand trip. The communal showers were private and good

Liked: The buffet breakfast was ace! Also when we checked in the lock was broken on the door so with out any fuss the receptionist upgraded us into an en-suite room with no charge :)

Liked: The location was great. We went in August around the end of winter but it was still a little cold. The rooms had no heaters of any sort and the bathroom windows were always open letting in cold air the whole time.
