Liked: The staff at night and location

Disliked: When we was about to check out lady said she would like to check room so she did and it was messy so she thought I was going to clean it which I didn't

Liked: Small, quite hotel, central to city, and cheap.

Disliked: The WC! No plug in the wash hand basin, The shower head was blocked, and the water was either very hot, or very cold. No soap/ shower gel.

Liked: Clean, safe, good location, good breakfast

Disliked: staff unfriendly and unhelpful. rooms tiny and sparse. Paying for internet. Expensive parking (there was cheaper parking nearby but the hotel staff had no interest in explaining this)

Liked: Neat and clean hotel. Good comfortable bed. Good size bathroom. Room had a tv which was great. Furniture in the room was typical clean hotel style. Good breakfast with some variety (fried eggs, various cheeses, salami, ham etc.) The hotel had free luggage room and were even helpful with carrying our bags in! Great customer service and friendly staff.
