Liked: The staff was very welcoming, and especially helpful. Someone was always at the desk to check in and out with, the property felt very secure. Keycards were used, so that I felt comfortable leaving my belongings. The bathroom was very clean, Bed and bedding not great, but clean sheets. The room was not exceptionally nice, but the television and heaters worked, also there was a closet and small table. It was consistent with what I would expect because of the kinds of visitors it receives. The location of the property on Warmoesstrat is good for those who will be out a lot at night and don't mind a lot of noise. Overall I had a nice stay there and would recommend it.

Disliked: VERY noisy all night because of the location, which is probably the most the most busy place for unsober tourists.

Liked: Location location location! The Koopermoolen Hotel was only five minutes walk from the train station, 2 minutes from the Red Light District and in the other way the Dam Square. There are a lot of restaurant near it and some bars + coffee shops. We got 2 rooms: one for 3 people and one for 2. The rooms were clean but tiny, the shower was ok. Beds are good but small. The breakfast was good, lot of choice. The staff was nice and helpful. There are lot of offers and tours at the hotel, just ask the reception.

Disliked: A bit expensive. No free Wifi, but there was one computer at the reception. We had a problem claiming toilet paper and towels for one of our room, they didn't bring it before the next day...

Liked: Was only a 5 minute walk from the station...staff were very helpful...breakfast was very basic...room was small but very neat and clean..bathroom was ok...it is located right in the Red Light District...lots of restaurant options nearby...they have a free luggage room...would recommend this property for one or two nights if u r not going to be there the whole day...

Disliked: The shower functioned more like a tap...it was dripping badly...

Liked: Location was great - in the red light district, next to the central station. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Breakfest was ok. Location location location :)

Disliked: airconditioning is working non stop - can't be turned off.

Liked: It´s fantastic, very well located, clean and the hotel staff are so gentle. I don´t really have complains.

Disliked: I don´t have complains, but for say something, it could be a little noisy.

Liked: Very big for a hostel, GREAT location if you want to be in central amsterdam. The staff was the nicest staff i've ever had at a hostel being SUPER friendly finding things and just chatting with you.

Liked: Good location. Good breakfast. Small bathroom. The safe box is by the reception. But security camera are all over the place. 5 min walk to central station and 5 min walk to rdl. The staff was helpful. They want full payment when you arrive, but no problems really.

Disliked: Beds were not that great. Rooms were small and lighting was not great, I had all light on in the room and still the room was very dim. No clock in room. The bathroom had awful smell.

Liked: VERY small but private room with bathroom (shower not tub). Easy walk to nearby central station. On the edge of the red light zone but quiet at night. Decent breakfast (included) in the morning. Only internet is an older computer in the lobby, no wi-fi or wired internet in rooms

Liked: In a great location in red light district but not sketchy. Basically a hotel rooms sort of small but fine and near train which is great. Staff was extremely nice and was very happy I stayed there.

Liked: A great hostel, the perfect way to wrap up a hostel-hopping tour of Europe. The location was great, just a five minute walk from the train station and right at the top of a great street filled with restaurants, coffeehouses and shops. There is a staff that cleans daily, a vending machine in the lobby, and free wireless in the lobby (only during the daytime). The rooms were a bit dim and the windows didn't A definite yes.

Liked: All the reception staff are really outgoing, friendly and helpful this impressed us very much and if we are going back to Amsterdam we will surly stay in same hotel.

Liked: The location is excellent. However, there are many bars downstairs. If your room is facing the street, you can hear people playing and shouting in the street all night long....until 7am in the morning.I could not sleep when I stayed in this hostel.
