Liked: Best rooms!

Disliked: The receptionist was very respectless for no reasons! But don't go just because of the people there, the place is awesome!

Liked: Closely located

Disliked: lift was not working, my room was on 3rd floor, carried 30kg and room was next to the stair case so I could hear the steps. I left a message with the receptionist a request to refund 50% of my hotel charges for the inconvenience, so far no reply. I still want a refund.

Liked: The location of the property is brilliant, 2 minutes walk from Central Station and other attractions are easily accessible. The bed was huge, and the bathroom was spacious.

Disliked: On the first night of our stay the whole building smelled of weed - while it is Amsterdam, hotels are supposed to be non smoking and the smell was irritating. The bathroom also smelled unpleasent. While breakfast is included, it is not actually in the building, but in the Irish pub next door. There were cigarette burns on the furniture and old stains on the bed linen and towels. Overall it is questionable whether the location benefits overcome the lack of cleanliness and character of the property.

Liked: It is close to Center Station, reasonably easy to find, and the staff were helpful. Breakfast had a great selection. We felt safe and secure.

Disliked: It could have been a little cleaner. We had read complaints about bedbugs so we looked carefully and there were none.

Liked: Excellent location, very comfy bed, nicely appointed rooms, clean and very nice bathrooms... They got all the important stuff right!!

Disliked: Not a thing.

Liked: I have no complain with the location.

Disliked: the bed sheet was dirty, and the duvet even not have duvetcover on it, i informed the lady who working on reception, and she told me they will change it but need to wait until 7pm, but I found they only put the duvet cover on but hadn't chage the dirty bed sheet....

Liked: It is in a very central location, very near to Red Light District Hotel is clean and room was not small

Liked: Perfect for 25-30 year olds looking for slightly more than the bare basics of a typical hostel. Was really impressed

Disliked: atmosphere was non-existent. Don't expect o make friends as you would in another hostel.

Liked: Location was great. Close to central station, close to nightlife yet quiet. Breakfast was very good.

Liked: The location is fantastic. Walking distance to pretty much all the main sights.

Disliked: Our room was very basic and the shower was blocked which we told them about twice but nothing got done about it. Apart from that, beds were comfy and room felt secure.

Liked: Modern and clean, great value for money, excellent location in Amsterdam. Free Wifi (ask for password) Great breakfast at Irish pub next door. Close to transport. Based on our room, highly recommended

Disliked: Our room was close to reception so a little bit noisey when someone comes in talking loudly late at night, but no real issue.

Liked: Very convenient to the Amsterdam Centraal Station, easy to find location. Also, its location is good to explore the Chinatown and Red Light District areas. With good pubs and restaurants nearby, it was an excellent stay.

Liked: It was clean - we had a private room so they offered towels, clean bathroom, TV in the room and cheap internet. Location was good as well. Close to red light district and a few fun bars, but far enough away so it wasn't too loud.

Disliked: My roommate and I entered the hotel at 2:00am - and we were able to walk straight in to the elevator and no one checked our keys nor was the door locked. As two females staying in Amsterdam - I would not recommend this hotel based on safety alone. There also wasn't a place to meet fellow travelers.

Liked: Location was great. Really good restaurants in the area, close enough to the red light district, and really close to the train station. For the money it was a great value.
