Liked: Nothing other than location. Staff were very poor. Getting them to do anything like printing a full invoice seems "too hard" for them.

Liked: this is a great place to stumble home after a long night of partying, since its within a few minutes walking distance from many of the tram/bus lines. just hope you don't get a roommate that actually wants to sleep or you'll have to wake them up at 7 in the morning since theres only 1 or 2 keys to each room!(they do have wireless, but if you're 3 floors up from the router, good luck at actually using it. no breakfast, because theres no common room. rooms are also kinda warm, but opening the windows increases chance of bug bites (possible bed bugs?) and street noise. there is a lot of street noise if you get a room facing damrak.)

Liked: Though expensive, the location of this hostel made all the difference. It was clean, safe, and the staff were extremely helpful. It is in a perfect location for discovering Amsterdam on foot!

Liked: Very well located between the central station and the Dam square (both 2/3 minutes walk) as wel as the red light district and main shopping areas. However, Leidse square (where a lot of nice pubs and restaurants are located) is slightly further away.

Liked: The private rooms are a bit cramped, but when you walk out of the hotel, you are in the middle of town and only a 5 minute walk from the train station. Loved the location!

Liked: a very good location where everything is around. but it could a little bit noisy, because it is located one of the most busiest streets. One thing is that i hope for the wifi but it was down for 4 days....hope can repair soon.
