Liked: - top location, within a couple of minutes you can catch what you want.- every day cleaning and new towels- no curfuw- helpful staff, we can use them computer to print our boarding pass & we get discount card for breakfast

Liked: The Hotel was really near to the center!Sadly they had a really shit stair:P better take backpack not a normal bad! it's easier :) but all in all it was really good!

Liked: + very good location+ comfy beds+ easy changing of rooms from quad to triple (though had to leave luggage at receptionist b4 checking in again)+ quiet- light switch was on other side of d room not near entrance :S- very small room

Liked: The Orange Tulip Hotel and The Dam Hotel are manage by the same person. (Both reception are in the first hotel.....I booked a bed at the Orange Tulip Hotel and I had a bed in the Dam Hotel)The room and the bathroom were cleaned everyday and they change the towels too. The location is very good, near to the train station, the buses, the tram or ideally to walk around.Just one point they over-booked some nights .... but they did offer a special room for the people without bed in the dormitory.

Liked: The location is great. But then Amsterdam is very small so everywhere is nearby to anywhere.

Liked: Great location and suprisingly clean and quiet rooms. Staff were not very freindly or competent. They could not give me a key because of some problem which was not communicated to the night staff who I then had to spend 20 mins arguing with to let me into my room despite ID and proof of payment.
