Liked: the employees were very helpful, all the genaral facilities were within 10 minutes reach, free internet and breakfast

Liked: It is okay, but the stair case is so narrow, you have to be careful, if not you will get injured: I almost slipped thrice.

Disliked: The Toilet is so small.

Liked: The beds were comfortable.

Disliked: We arrived before check in and they told us we could wait outside with our luggage until check in. They wouldn't allow us to enter the building if we wanted to wait inside we had to pay ten euros for each piece of luggage. The man who works there in unbelievably rude, however the young girl is very helpful and sweet. The breakfast was gross and they shut it down 40 minutes before it was suppose to end. My advice: don't stay here unless you don't care about customer service. I felt like an inconvience to them.

Disliked: The value of the more expensive room doesnt have raltion with the quality that I got. It was not clean, with an smeling toilet next to the door, without shower in the same floor!!

Liked: Not a lot...there aren't many positives besides free internet and breakfast.

Disliked: Cleanliness. Bath rooms are absolutly disgusting, trash hadn't been taken out for at least a week prior, dirty pillowcases, stains on pillows, bathroom smelled of mildew. Staff wasn't very helpful.

Liked: good breakfast and staff were friendly and helpful.

Disliked: beds so close together, one night they just put another matress on the floor of the room so nowhere to move. lockers not in room downstairs in breakfast room. not very social.

Liked: Location was really good, close to bars/museums/canal boats and trams

Disliked: The stairs are a nightmare, practically vertical - pretty scary getting luggage up and down 3 flights. Also ensuite doesn't mean you get your own toilet

Disliked: The steep stairs, the sauna-like rooms that made you drip with sweat upon entering them, the disgusting en-suite toilets and showers where the whole room was flooded with dirty water and also the fact I had to move rooms - albeit to a slightly nicer one - after my first night!

Liked: We liked the free internet offers, the breakfast was quite good compared to other hostels and each room has got their own bathroom.

Disliked: There was not a common room, instead it was rather like a big room, where people gathered for breakfast or information. The payments were too expensive and the location was on the fringes of central Amsterdam.

Liked: the location was very good, in walking distance of nearly everything, and close to the tram stop. making this hostel very easy to find.

Disliked: they have very steep stairs, that are very hard to get up they are always doing some kind of work on something, and the property isnt very well maintained (windows, blinds, showers...)

Liked: before I travel, I read review about bed bug but I stayed with so many people, but no one even see a shadow of any so-called bed bug. So you can stay without worries. BTW staff are very friendly.
