Liked: Rooms are spacious and well ventilated with good view of the surroundings (hills and forest)

Disliked: Approach road is very bad without proper street lighting in the eveening.It is not motorable. Food is very expensive compared to other lakeside resturants. Suggest food price reduced to enable boarders to avail resturant facilities

Liked: Very nice rooms, very clean and very very quiet!

Disliked: It lacks any atmosphere and also lacked guests! It's lovely if you want somewhere quiet on your own away from everything, but you can find much better value rooms at other places if you just turn up!

Liked: Good will less skill.Hotel was clean (or at least cleaner than many in Nepal) and people were friendly. We did not get any breakfast. They said we could have coffee or tea but in the morning staff was waking up in the lobby (!) and nobody was offering anything. In the evening they promised to organize a transport from hotel to the airport. In the morning some other guy started calling taxis desperately. In the end we did get to airport only little late (not nearly as late as our flight).Locals knew this hotel better as Kathmandu Guest House. We booked another night after one we had booked already and it was cheaper than the one we booked via Hostelbookers.
