Liked: beautiful Riad with Moroccan character. Very cleany and quietly among noisy and dirty streets of Medina.

Disliked: Staff not speak english (only manager speak). very hard to find.

Liked: wonderful place in the middle of the medina, clean and quiet.

Disliked: it's not easy to find.

Liked: Decor in the rooms is very artistic and Moroccan fine artisan peices.Hot water and pressure was difficult to adjust and angle of shower head awkward angle. At 5'4" unable to see into bathroom mirror.Several times kept waiting for over 5 minutes on the door step waiting to be let in.Staff never readily available had to track them down for breakfast. Was not advised that they also do evening meals. Generally did not appear that interested.Sign posting to the Riad is sadly lacking.

Liked: The riad was a oasis in the busy city of Marrakesh. It was kept exceptionally clean and the staff were very helpful. I would recommend this riad to everyone although it is around 10 - 15 mins walk through the souks to the main square
