Liked: Very beautiful old building. Unfortunately the staff are very amateurish. When I complained about the smell from the bathroom plumbing, they offered me an incense stick and air freshner. I had to insist on disinfectant liquid and use it myself.
Disliked: Michael left no negative feedback.
