Liked: It was a very clean and comfortable room

Liked: One of the guys who worked in the restaurant/cafe inside the hotel was above and beyond friendly and helpful. after weeks in hostels, and three days in a hostel that had no hot water, this place was like a spa vacation.

Disliked: One of the girls at the front desk refused to acknowledge that I asked her a question (just if they had a trash can anywhere); which is not an issue of her understanding english or not. she looked at me and then looked away.

Liked: Nothing.

Disliked: Nothing, It was a little bit disapointing. The worst was about the bathroom, the odors back into the room so you have to open the windows to refesh the room. The night was hot & we didn't had any clim indide of the room. Open the windows while sleeping wasn't possible du to the outside noises. We also had a problem with the light, they were suppose to come and change it, nothing was done.

Liked: It's a standard hotel with the type of facilities you would expect, situated quite near the train station in Fes (about a 15 min walk) in the modern section. It felt quite industrial around there. It's a good place to stay if you need somewhere to stop off for a night before heading off again; if you are in Fes for longer than a night I would recommend staying in a traditional riad in the medina.

Liked: It was very inexpensive for what it was, the area seemed safe and the staff was helpful. The restaurant had great food (both authentic Moroccan and international dishes) although I wouldn't recommend the breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.

Liked: Hotel quite far of the "Medina". The stuff of the hotel was not friendly, they try to cheat us constantely. Aslo, the breakfast was quite poor.

Liked: Good stuff. Moderately priced. Good location. A bit of a walk from the old Medina (about 30 mins) but all good. I've said good a lot. Anyway, no complaints!

Liked: A very welcoming, modern hotel. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and with a nice t.v. with a movie channel in English. The breakfast was good with a panoramic view of Fez. The restaurant was excellent with good inexpensive Morrocan and international food. It is a bit far from the Medina ( 30 min. or more walk) but it is close to the train station for an easy day trip to Meknes. All in all a very good choice for Fez

Liked: The reception staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful. The towels were changed every day however they didn´t change the bed linen for the 7 days we were there. The cafe staff were polite but the food was cold.

Liked: Bland but clean and relatively nice hotel in the "new" district of Fes. About a 10 to 15 minute cab ride to the Medina. I guess the area that the hotel is in is being gentrified because while it is situated between two five star hotels, it is also basically surrounded by slums. For the price its a decent hotel but they did NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARD for payment. Hotel does include a buffet breakfast with the price.

Liked: When I checked in they had no record of my booking stating that "They [HostelBookers] never tell us about these bookings" They did though have a room and accommodated me for the same price as per the email confirmation received.
