Liked: The staff, location, and atmosphere were great. I especially thought the staff was exceptionally helpful and attentive.

Disliked: They had a problem with the hot water during my stay, but these things do happen in starred hotels as well. Also, they don't have enough spare room keys for multiple persons staying in one room, but neither of these things would prevent me from returning.

Liked: Great staff, brimming with the hospitality that Morocco is famous for. Perfect communication in at least 5 languages with good value for money rooms, in a great location, it would be difficult to not feel at home here.

Liked: we were given a four bed dorm room which was very spacious. the bathroom was a good size. the hostel was quite pretty with bright colours and plants. entertainment seemed to be on most nights which was nice for the one night we stayed.
