Liked: If you travel on budget and you want to spend a night in Casa, the Central is a good place. It is a noisy hotel: the streets of the Medina are lively until late in the night. Our bedroom was very dusty, the bathroom wasn't very clean and we heard each single noise from the reception area. The bedlinen was clean. However, the staff is very nice, helpful and funny, the breakfast was very good served with fresh orange juice and nice crepes.

Liked: I loved the hotel. The view from the terrace was beautiful, our rooms were huge and each had a little balcony, the private bathroom was nice to have, the tea they serve is fantastic, and they were all very helpful in telling us where to go and where to stay away from. Casablanca on the other hand.. maybe we just went during an off season time, but there were no tourists on the beach, just local males who apparently have never seen a blonde person before. We were harassed beyond any expectation, physically and verbally. The blonde in our group even covered her hair, put sunglasses on, wore jeans, closed toe shoes, and a jacket (even in the heat) and we were still followed, had disgusting things said to us, and just over all harassed. We expected some harassment clearly being foreign girls, but not near this level. At one point a car followed our cab back to the hotel and the guys had to be held back from running in. We felt safe in the hotel and enjoyed our stay there but will not be returning to Casablanca.. a shame.

Liked: I was terribly sick one day I stayed at Hotel Central. Check out was at noon, but the extremely nice staff at the hotel allowed me to stay and sleep at the hotel for several hours, while the rest of my group toured the city.Also, there's a great terrace above the hotel.Big fan of this place. You should stay here. Great value for your money.

Liked: It's fine for moroccan standards, the only issue is that the place at night is not nice.The price is quite expensive like most of hotels in morrocco if you compare with what you get in countries but it's ok.The staff are friendly and helpful.You get internet free.

Liked: It was clean and comfortable, well located and the staff were great. We are two girls travellig and they made us feel welcome and safe. Brekky was awesome too and the place was really nicely decorated as well!

Liked: Hotel Central is a great place to stay. The rooms are clean, staff is friendly and for a bit more than in other hostels you got the breakfast included as well as internet, hott showers, towels and linen.

Liked: Casa itself was underwhelming, but Hotel Central was fantastic. The staff were wonderful and funny, breakfast was delicious and filling, internet was a little slow but just having it was a luxury. The view from our little balcony was of the port, ocean, and the colourful square just in front of the hotel. It's within walking distance to Casa Port train station, in the medina, and easy to find once you've a basic sense of the city. Only detraction was that the shower wasn't always the warmest, but that's par for the course in Morroco. This is a great little place for such a big dirty city.
