Liked: It was quite cheap and close to the beach.

Disliked: quite unfriendly staff. since we stayed there in December it was quite cheap. But I'd never stay in this hotel for the actual price. For one night it was value for money, but i couldn't imagine to stay there for my vacation.

Liked: very good value for money and helpfull staff.It felt like a 4 star hotel,quite modern and clean and colourful,I am not sure if you get it near that price at the busy season but sure much more than what i pay now but in this season the weather here is worm and worth staying in this hotel if you got the time

Disliked: I confirm what is said in the old review that at night there is loud music but when i asked the staff to give me a quite room they were very helpful and gave an excellent room with balcony facing the sea and not much noise and for the same price.

Liked: we payed $15 aussie dollars each per night and the hotel was just behind all the more expensive resorts on the beach. great if your a budget traveler looking for a resort like hotel.

Disliked: we got a really bad vibe from agadir in general. we figured this was due to the thousands of unidentified dead bodies in the ground from the semi recent big earth quake.

Liked: Very friendly staff and fine for a night or two in Agadir.

Disliked: Slightly gaudy decor but fine for those on a budget.

Liked: It had a great location, right next to the beach. It also included a tradional Moroccan bar and nightclub (and not to forget a pool!) so that was great!

Disliked: The hotel itsel was great, but not tradional moroccan. It was more european.

Liked: It was noisy until late.It's possible to walk to the beach,but it looks a little bit far from everything.The staff was friendly,and helpfull.I could not lock the balcony door,but further it was safe.And from the balcony I had a nice few on the see.Towel and soap was available.

Disliked: No athmospfer in the hotel.the location of the hotel.And the lock of the balconydoor.

Liked: Pool is ok. Rooms were clean. Staff ok.

Disliked: Loud Arab music and fighting/yelling on the street until 5am coming from the nightclub below every night. Low season but still no fellow travellers. No wi-fi. Internet is 1 computer in the lobby.

Liked: Staff very friendly and pool is good if you dont want to go ocean swimming although the beach is only a short walk away. The staff are all great and speak English. Free internet. Easy to get to by cab from airport or CTM station.

Disliked: It is a hotel and no hostel vibe to meet others. Broad mix of other travellers and mostly older Euro travellers on sunseeker holidays from colder countries.

Liked: Staff were very helpful we lost are camera on the beach and they went out of the way to help us.

Disliked: We had a room on the first floor and you could here the music from the bar til very late at night.

Liked: The hotel had a swimming pool, the rooms were tidy and in a decent condition, and the price was reasonable

Disliked: The hotel is located quite far from the centre if you want to walk however taxi's are really cheap and plentiful. there is unnecessarily loud music played poolside during the day

Liked: the son and mother who own and run the riad are SO wonderful - extremely helpful, great to chat to, they really know the city and made our stay so much more enjoyable - nothing seems to be too much trouble for them!

Disliked: very authentic atmosphere, extremely clean, very well decorated, fantastic ambiance.
