Suites Fenicia is a warm and friendly private suite that welcomes travelers from all over the world.
Our suites are fully equipped with everything you need to feel like home.


Each suite has its own private bathroom with hot and cold water, air conditioning, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, balcony, television, and free Wi-Fi.

The rooms are Non-Smoking rooms, but you can smoke in all the public and open areas.

We have a terrace where you can have a nice afternoon and relax in the hammocks.

We also have a garage where you can park your car with no extra charge (included).

We are located in the cross of to important streets: 30th North Avenue with 46 street. On the main corner above "Casa de Empeño El Pino". (here you can askfor the keys)

You can catch a taxi or a bus just outside the building.

Or if you prefer to walk we are only 5 blocks away from the beach and from the famous 5th avenue.

In the 5th avenue you can find lots of different kinds of restaurants, stores, bars, and pubs.
