We offer both 6 private rooms with double or kingsize beds and private bathroom and a 1 shared room with 8 individual beds (dorm). All the rooms, with a Mayan touch, are clean and comfortable and all equipped with a private bathroom, 24hours hot shower, big closet, air conditioning, fan, tv, wireless internet and clean sheets and towels.

Location Information

Hotel 2012 Inn is situated a few blocks North of the city centre along the famous avenue ´Prolongacion de la montejo´ with a lot of bars, nightclubs and restaurants at walking distance. Also interesting spots as the magical archaeological site Dzibilchaltun and the beach Progresso are very easy to reach.

From the city centre it´s just a 15min busride when you take the bus directed to the shopping mall called ´Gran plaza´. You get off the bus at the supermarket ´ Superama´ on your right side at the avenue prolongacion de la montejo. On the other side of the street you will see Hotel Maya Kin-uh.
