Liked: I was right in the touristy citycenter not far from the bus terminal, ferry to cozumel or the beach.

Disliked: Since it is right where the bars are, there is a lot of noise there. But if loud music does not bother you, this is a nice place to stay.

Liked: The location is great and it is close to the beach. You can enjoy your stay there, but note the dislikes. Do not expect any service (They probably do not know how to write this word.)

Disliked: They are not honest to their guests. During check in they asked for a credit card "to open an account". We asked them several times to provide us a price list for items booked an this fabulous account. To make the story short: They do not open an account. They simply take a deposit of 150 USD. The deposit is for a safe lock, two beach towels and the TV remote control. The value of these items does not exceed the deposit. A clear sign that they do not trust their guest. The breakfast was the worst in Mexiko, one cup of coffee, one glas of juice, two toasts, one small canister jam and another small canister butter. And NO refill!! We travelled before through the country and in much cheaper locations the breakfast was much better. Additionally you need to pay for a beach chair (50 pesos per day) and for an umbrella (50 pesos per day). They have neither WiFi in the rooms (only in the so called "restaurant", which offers only the stuff they call breakfast) nor a internet computer. This should be standard nowadays and is standard in much cheaper locations - but not at this location. The staff is not very helpful and their English is really bad. They smile all the time, but that is it. Most of the critic listed here is also written by several guests in their book, but it seem to us that the management does not really care about it. For this price the place was not really clean. The showers are full of sand and they remove the dust on the ground of the walls perhaps once a year. The linnen might be changed on a weekly basis, we do not know.

Liked: Best location on the island (a bit far but still walking-distance from the boat) No noise from the road, right at the best beach on the island. Includes breakfast, and free and cold drinkingwater. Nice pool and garden-area

Disliked: Very noisy A/C. Asked them to fix it or move us over to another room, but nothing happened. We're talking very loud noise from the A/C

Disliked: 1 - the staff bumped up the price of our accomodation when i tried to pay the bill - VERY UNHAPPY ABOUT THIS 2 - shit tv reception 3 - no internet 4 - breakfast was aweful

Liked: Amazing property, in a great location. We had a room with a balcony from which you could see the sea. The property has great grounds which have beautiful plants and direct access onto the beach. It also has a nice little pool with hammocks around it. Considering the location I'd say that it is great value for money!

Disliked: Only slight downside was that the air con was very noisy so we had to switch it off at night.

Liked: the location is great, the beach is great, just the AC was a little bit noisy and dont expect huge breakfast. everything was great one of the best beaches in isla mujeres :)

Liked: It was a 2 second hop to the most fabulous beach and we had a fabulous view from our bedroom balcony. Our room was very pretty, spotless and oh so comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here. Wish I was still there right now in fact!

Liked: location was great! It was right next to the beach and although the fence directly to the beach was closed after 5pm, you could still get there and back to the hotel through an entrance next to the reception (this also means strangers can do the same so do lock your door and keep your belongings in the safe!!)
