Many of our guests have spent some very special vacation days with us, resting and relaxing; while still begin able to take advantage of all that Cancún has to offer. Our staff knows how to make you feel at home. We are always there when you need us but do not interfere with your "get away from it all" state of mind.
An intimate complex of 3 buildings, each with 3 floors that surround a courtyard and freshwater swimming pool. The street in front of the hotel is uncongested and provides for easy exit and entrance. It is an easy walk to Kukulcán Boulevard. There is parking in front of the hotel. Oliver's Continental Palapa Restaurant and our dock, border the tranquil Nichupté Lagoon.

Accommodation:
We have a total of 62 rooms broken down as follows: 36 studios, 14 bedroom suites, 4 three bedroom suite and 7 standard rooms. All studios and suites have two double beds, kitchenette with utensils, refrigerator, sink and two burner stove, individual air-conditioning, shower, telephone, color satellite T.V., marble floors and balcony. FREE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST!

Activities:
Family Plan: Our small size and varied accommodations are perfect for families. Up to two children, 11 years and under, are FREE when sharing the room with two adults.
Baby Sitting: Can be arranged at additional charge.
