Liked: nothing!!
Disliked: we were given accomodation instead at dos playas, a different property managed by the same hotel group. the rooms were dingy(only 1 night working in the room!) , toilets could not be flushed at ALL! towels were grubby and thread-bare, bedsheets with cigarette holes and questionable looking bugs littered the room floor.. and they charged us for 5 nights instead of the 4 we booked for, and they OVERCHARGED US! instead of the 21usd advertised on hostelbookers, they charged us 25.30usd per night, and insisted that our booking for 25/6-29/6 was in effect only 3 night not 4 nights. the receptionist insisted we made poayment for the supposed 4th night when it had already been accounted for in our actual bill. I will lodge a complain against the hotel staff and i strongly advice everyone thinking of booking this property to stay FAR FAR AWAY from it!

Liked: Small size. Friendly service. Unfortunately it seems that the management has not trained the service people to respond on requests or to apply basic rules for service.
Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.
