Liked: Good location for isla mujeres ferry. Staff are friendly and stored a bag for us while we travelled around for a week. Rooms are clean and typical of a basic business class hotel. Good, free wifi.

Disliked: Not related to the hotel at all - beware at the airport for people posing as official ADO bus staff saying there are no more buses. Do not listen to them, walk to the end of the terminal to find the buses in a secure transport area... listening to the tout will cost around 70 instead of 13 dollars for two people. Just take the ADO bus to the ADO station downtown and then take a taxi.. cheap and fast, it takes only 30 minutes for the whole trip.

Liked: Nice tidy place with helpful staff. If youre not using the port it can be a bit daunting to get to, the area feels a little unsafe as does Cancun in general when not in the Lego land tourist zone.

Disliked: It felt pretty isolated away from the hub and unsafe at night in this suburb, but we were Climatising from the western world.

Liked: It is a new hotel, nice and clean. Other think that I like was that it is located just in front of Puerto Juárez, where you take a boat to Isla Mujeres. It is quiet, far from the madness of cancun

Disliked: At the begining it was hard to find, but I belive it was beacuse of the reference of the streets in all cancun.

Liked: The place is cheap and clean--great for people on a budget. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel feels safe. However, to call it a "boutique" hotel that is "elegant" and "unique" might be a bit of a stretch.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.

Liked: Well, we loved te location as it is literally 10 footsteps to puerto Juarez... and from there it is possible to reach the stunning Isla Mujeres... mushc better than crazy Cancun... The guy there at the hotel, Jesus, was phenomenal... he booked for us an amazing cabana in Isla Mujeres and managed to find us a car to rent for our trip... at an amazing value in a period that there were none available...If you want to go island hopping rather than staying in Cancun (which I strongly do not recommend!)
