Once you reserve, if cancelled 48 hrs before arrival the deposit is non refundable and will be a penalty charge of 1 night. Bookings made for Christmas, New Year, Easter season & Holidays will be charge the 100% total amount stay at time of booking.

Important: For stays from December 23rd to January 2nd, full payment will be charged to your credit card upon reservation; no refunds, no exceptions. If your credit card is declined the booking will be automatically cancelled and the room reassigned.
