Please not once booked the deposit is NON refundable. If you do not 'show' on your first night you will be charged for 1 night.

Again once booked if you cancel 48 hrs before arrival there will be a penalty charge of 1 night with the exception of Christmas, New Year, Easter where you will be charged 100% of your total stay.
