Liked: Location is very good, and the room was well-kept and clean. Manager was very helpful letting us arrive one day later without any problem.

Disliked: Alejandra at the front desk is not really welcoming, and rooms in the ground floor have no windows.

Disliked: really unhelpful girl on the desk really unwelcoming. No information or tours to hand and a rubbish breakfast.

Liked: Arrived around 3am- porter let us in straight away. Paid and went straight to bed. Room was nice with good air-con. Clean Bathroom, and two big double beds. Very cheap and great value for money, great location - would recommend this hotel. Thanks.

Liked: it was beautyful property just around the corner of the plaza.where you con sit at casa vieja on the first floor and have a drink, just opposite the cathedral. The only weak point at Hotel America Centrois the breakfast, 2 slices of toast, jam and butter served with plastic cutlery and coffee in a plastic cup.

Liked: It´s a really lovely building. Thr rooms are nice and have air conditioning which is much needed in Campeche. The location is fantastic 1 block away from the main square. all the staff are very helpful and friendly. The only bad thing is that the breakfast isn´t very good.
