Liked: We stay in other Hotel because when we arrive the recepcionist change Topaz Hotel for a near Hotel. Only have brekfast and dinner in Topaz Hotel, but people was quite nice.

Disliked: The new Hotel was'nt so good than Topaz Hotel.

Disliked: Topaz is a bit far away from Valletta-45 minutes by bus. Bus station is near to the hotel.

Liked: Some of the picture at the HostelBookers show better rooms that those available for the lowest price. In standard there is no cattel or any kitchen stuff. Extra charge if you want to have it. Pool is closed before 8pm. There are lots of restrictions and regulations for those who want to use hotel pool. The rooms are not this much clean as they seem to be on photos. Our room was stink and there was a mould in bathroom, coused by damp (no any ventilation). Airconditioning does not work at all. For breakfast is tipical ugly British stuff and juices had horrible test like urine. You won't find there too much for vegetarian, but yogurts were very nice. Room service was OK. Staff was friendly and there is about 3min. walk to a bus stop and 10min. walk to rocky beach were is hard to find any flat place to spread your towel and lay down, but the water in the sea is very nice and clean to swim or dive. I would say that price is good but you should not expect too much. Just the same standard as anywhere else for this price.

Liked: Me and my friend just couldn't believe we were paying only 14 euros a night for all that structure! it was AMAZING!!! Everything was excellent about the hotel, specially the breakfast. The location is not that perfect, but it's very easy to get the bus. If i go back to Malta i'm staying there again for sure!

Liked: At the end of August it was full of happy kids and friendly families, creating a wonderful atmosphere.On the down side, the nightly entertainment was loud and inescapable, finishing close to midnight.
