Liked: It's simply a budget hotel and not a hotel. I had booked a room in the V'La Court (196 Jalan Pudu) but stayed in the V'La Garden (170 Jalan Pudu, so just a few steps away) which is only a year old and thus clean, new, very good matrasses, good aircon with remote, flatscreen TV in the room with one or two English channels. Bathroom is the usual WC-shower combi but quite spaciuos. My room was small, but no bugs, no mouldy walls, everything really clean. No single room option, so Euro 30 too expensive for a single traveller like me/night, half price pp each, obviously which I'd consider a good deal. 500 m down the road from Bus terminal to the right towards Golden Triangle at crossing Bukit Bintang/ Jalan Pudu, the description the Hotel gave wasn't very helpful, I'd been looking for quite a while; otherwise there are malls and shops and restaurants nearby, not too bad, the Monorail station is a 10 min. walk away. All in all a fairly good deal for couples, but unfortunatly not for single travellers.
Disliked: Stefan left no negative feedback.
