Liked: Rooms are very spacious and they are clean. Staff are helpful.

Disliked: My satys in Citrus was very short. i didn't observe much. But One day stay here was pleasant.

Liked: We got free upgrade to Superior Club Room. Room was in good condition. Room service food was okay.

Disliked: Hotel breakfast was quite limited in choices. Should improve on the breakfast menu.

Liked: Room was clean, quiet, good TV and great location next to

Disliked: The food here is pretty bad, the breakfast in the morning is average but mainly caters for indian curries and dont even think about eating there at night, prices are double and the food looks nice but tastes disgusting! And this is from some1 whos been staying in hostels for 6 weeks!

Disliked: Bathroom was not working properly, outside of the hotel was a man offering taxis suggested by the hotel and they charged to much for the ride
