Liked: It is a hotel for real travellers in this price caregory, Most of the other hotels in Johore Bahru under this price range would be a house of ill repute..It is bad for family holidays with teenage children.

Disliked: The location is very far away from the city and difficult to find without your own car.

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable with a spacious bathroom, staff at reception were always friendly and polite. Location wise -we stayed here as a base from which to go to Singapore. The hotel is around 20 mins from Johor Bahru by taxi so although it served its purpose as a base it is not exactly central to JB or close to Singapore. Still, there was no hassle involved in getting around, and there were plenty of (Chinese) places to eat nearby.

Disliked: Nothing to dislike here!

Liked: The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. It was quiet and clean, plenty of places to eat and shop. It was not particularly close to the city center, but June called a taxi driver who works with the hotel and is fair and honest. Taxi to city center is USD6. Buses are convenient also.

Liked: First, Two thumbs up for the hotel reception personnel.. They are sooo helpfull, nice and smiley! I love that!! I regret that I can't remember the name of the very nice lady at reception, hope we can meet her again. This hotel is nice, simple and clean. For improvement we expect in the future the hotel can provide a pick up service and city tour, so the tourist can really discover JB at the fullest!
