Liked: Friendly, competent, multilingual service. Cleanliness. Location, 150 m to Sharp Gate (Ausros Vartu), whole Old Town in walking distance, 500 m to the railway and bus station. Cosy and very silent rooms although the hotel itself is located at rather busy street. The residential part of the hotel is separated from the noisy street by the conference part, so rooms are silent like in the village. Safe parking on the premises. Wi-fi internet and access to stationary computers for those without laptop. Great breakfast.

Liked: Great location for the bus and train stations, and the city centre. The hotel is spotlessly clean, good big rooms, secure, decent basic facilities, and good showers. Most of all, the staff are excellent, and will provide help and advice whenever required (in English if required).
Disliked: Nothing.
