Liked: great place to stay if you're a student type looking to booze in Beirut for a weekend. Can't believe all the other comments complaining about the breakfast. Who eats breakfast in a hotel anyway? idiots i suppose. get out and experience the lebanese food and the city. Oh and dont pay anything more than 20-25 thousand leb. pounds from the airport to the hotel - the going rate is 40USD, but just lie and say you'll pay then shaft them once you get there.
