Hotel Sigulda

Hotel Sigulda, located in the city centre, is a unique complex of 19th century stone building and modern conference centre.

Hotel “Sigulda” was built in the year 1889, when the Riga-Petersburg road was built. The building of the road encouraged more people to take holidays. The nobleman Nikolaj Kropotkins (1872-1939) was a man who encouraged tourism development in Sigulda. At first the hotel had only 15 rooms, but the numbers of rooms have increased over time. In 1998 the historic building was reconstructed and in 2001 the hotel was extended with the building of a seminar-conference centre and recreation centre. Our hotel is a unique complex of 19th century stone building and modern conference centre. Forty-four rooms can accommodate 86 guests. Conference halls and recreation centre can take in seminars, weddings and other enterprises up to 100 persons.
