Liked: Cozy room, comfortable bed and pillows, the staff were helpful and they provided us free airport pick-up even though we arrived Riga almost mid-night.

Disliked: Their hotel is near to the airport but only a little bit far from the old town center. You can always take a bus to get there though. The walls of our room were a little bit thin, we could hear the people next door coughing and snoring. But it won't bother much if you have ear plugs.

Liked: It was the second time that we stayed in the Best Hotel. Everything was perfect again, very friendly staff and and absolutely as "it must be". The third time we'll stay here, of course. Thank you very much!

Liked: Very good breakfast.Thin walls...so ear plugs may help...I had to buy ones after my first night in this hotel - as guests kept waking me up with their late return.

Liked: They offer nice accomodation , good value for money if yonsider you can have private ensuite with a such price. Unfortunately if you choose this location, you must use buses or taxis to reach the city centre. It could be a good solutions for customers who use their own car .

Liked: Attention: Pick-up Service means: Transport from airport to hotel is free, the other direction (hotel to airport) costs 10,- €, a regular taxi will be cheaper.

Liked: It is realy the best Hotel at the best prici. When I'll come to Riga again I'll stay here. Very nice staff and very handsome red cat :-) I agree with others that breakfasts are perfect!

Liked: Nice hotel close to the airport. Comfortable and clean but no place to meet other travellers. The only minus was that it took them very long to find our booking cause we couldn't print it in advance.

Liked: This is a great place to stay for very little cash. The place is REALLY CLEAN, I was impressed. We stayed in a double room, it was more lika a hotel than a hostel. The bathroom was new and very clean, they gave us towels and linen. There were a TV. Great breakfast. Free airport transfer. The only thing that could be bad is that it's located 10 min from the city centre with trolley. We thought this was great though, since we saw the "real" Latvia in these parts of Riga.
