Liked: reasonable comfortable but too expensive

Disliked: value for money not o.k., did not know anything about my booking.

Liked: Very friendly staff willing to help when we had problems with our room. All sorted very quickly and politely. Good location, about mid distance between the night markets and the bar area, perfect!

Disliked: The free breakfast wasn't the best, but it was free after all...

Liked: Very gentle ans cheerful staff. They really do their best to make you feel at home. Great breakfast and relaxed atmosphere.

Disliked: I did not dislike anything about the hotel. Everything was OK! Unless you are looking for a 4 or more star hotel.

Disliked: they had left a menu card for room service, but when tried to order room service it was unavailable as there was no chef!

Liked: Central location. Quite clean. Basic but nice breakfast included, even though ants were crawling on tables and jam/butter. Friendly and helpful staff. A bit overpriced for what it offers, considering it is a hotel. Some guest houses have higher standards.

Liked: The Rama Hotel is two blocks and 10 minutes away from the main tourist stretch, but a little walk never harmed anyone. Not the newest or grandest, but rooms are quiet, with Wi-fi access, cable TV, air-conditioning, hot showers and a decent breakfast thrown in for about US$30 a night. Not a bad deal.

Liked: Big room, big bed. Shower pressure not too good. I had a nice stay overall, although I think you can find better options for that price.
