Liked: The views from most of the rooms overlook the beautiful mountains of Petra and its spectacular sunset.

Disliked: it is very, very ... dirty, can't sleep at night, that's a lots of bed bugs in the bed and the wall. and the owner and the receptionist is very terrible, said that would drive me to the petra, but didn't and not helpful for all.

Liked: Orient is not located very close to the Petra entrance but all the cheap restaurants is around The Orient. Free wifi. Clean (but cold) showers. The staff helped me book the bus ticket to Wadi Rum for no charge. Decent exchange rate...

Disliked: The dorm room was just a blanket on the roof...

Disliked: They charge you for everything and try to make a buck out of everything.

Liked: It was in a great location, close to the bus station and walking distance to the old city. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Great views from the roof and the dining area.

Disliked: Got a little cold overnight, but there were plenty of blankets in the cubbard.

Liked: Clean room, fresh bedding, stunning outlooks from windows and dining room on top balcony. Good breakfast, served fast. Lots of information provided, the staff clearly cares about the people who stay there. Extremely safe. Good atmosphere in the lobby area, especially in the evenings.

Liked: I enjoyed the warm welcome, clear and complete information given, and the central location of the hostel right beside the bus station and on the same street as many nice restaurants and shops.The staff give genuine care and consideration to the people who stay here, and do what they can to make the stay pleasant and to help with making arrangements for tours, transportation and recommendations when asked for. If you go to Petra, it's a good choice to stay there, as the prices are low and it offers good value, even free breakfast, plus having a nice atmosphere for meeting other visitors and backpackers.

Liked: the hostel staff members were really creepy.got really weird vibes from the whole placehad to pay for internet....it was cheap, but i wouldn't go back.

Liked: Fair price. Location is quite far from Petra gate (20-30 minutes walk) or JOD 1 by taxi. But very near to the bus station (5 minutes walk only). The others is none... you will get as what you pay.

Liked: The hotel manager was cool, a really hip guy. Any sort of problem gets solved in a lightning speed. It' s cheap, it' s clean and close to Petra where the hotel brings you with their private taxi for free. A slight overdose of pink in the room coloring but apart from that - a great treat.

Liked: specify by phone if you want one bed for 2 people...otherwise you will not get it, and the boss will dislike you for the rest of your stay:(- no other complain, cheap and you get what you pay for.
