Liked: Hotel modesto ma accettabile, adatto a chi non pretende nessun tipo di lusso. prezzo moderato. In città è l'unico prenotabile facilmente on line, ma è scomodo rispetto agli altri alberghi della città che si trovano in centro. Non credo che sia difficcile trover posto anche senza prenotazione.

Disliked: La posizione rende necessario un mezzo di trasporto autonomo. Glinarredi e il bagno sono molto semplici.

Liked: The staff friendness.

Disliked: Breakfast (charged extra) was very poor. We asked two sheets, and they were really dirty! We asked again and they were "acceptable". The room was small and the bathroom needs restoration.

Liked: Spacious appartment (5 bed suite) with small kitchen.

Disliked: Not especially clean and a bit old. It was rather cold in the room, but blankets were warm. Be careful when you drive off from street to hotel. If you come from the centre of Karak, there is a big risk to scratch the bottom of car.

Liked: Breakfast was beautifully presented and tasty. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Disliked: Hot water worked, and then didn't: consequently, yet another cold shower in the middle east. And I don't mean to single this place out, because it's a common phenomenon in the middle east (or at least Syria and Jordan in my experience); but why can't the floor rug be vacuumed occasionaly? I don't get it. Place was clean enough otherwise.

Liked: Nice see to Kerak and Crusiders castle.

Liked: Fresh and clean decoration, large room and nice en-suite bathroom. Room also had a tv and fridge -didn't use them as there was so much to see in the area, but this was one of the best equipped rooms we stayed in. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking for our hire car was available at the hotel and off street.

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: People very kind, new painted, quiet, car parking, good air conditioning and floor without carpet. Most of the hotels of Jordan have carpet and not enough cleaned.

Disliked: Without curtains in the shower. At 20-30 min walking of the center of Karak or the castle. Only down sheet and directly an eitherdown.
